In Frozen Flame, the Building system has a degeneration feature. This means that Workbenches and other similar items that are left out will slowly get worse over time until they are destroyed. You will have to build them a house to give them enough shelter since the only way to keep them safe is to keep them under cover.

How to Craft Shelter in Frozen Flame

You Don’t Need a big house, you can just craft a small shelter(house) To keep your things safe. To craft shelter, you need the following Crafting items handy with you.

  • 30x Logs
  • 150x Branches
  • 50x Fiber
  • 20x Stone
  • 3x Luminous Apples
  • 3x Sugar Boarberry
  • 1x Magic Seed

You might find some Branches on the ground, but it would be much easier to cut down one of the many Trees in this area.

You can get Fiber from certain bushes, and Luminous Apples and Sugar Boarberries from the plants they grow on.

Sugar Boars are where you can find Sugar Boarberries.

Stone can be found on the ground, and there are usually more of them near bigger rocks and cliff faces.

If you want a Magic Seed, you will have to kill at least one of those cute little blue bubble creatures. But since you only need one, there’s no reason for you to go on a killing rampage.

You won’t be able to carry all of this stuff at once because of weight limits, so we’ll set up your home in stages to work around this problem. I would suggest building your base in the area between Hornhead and the teleporter you used to get into the game. This is because enemies in that area aren’t too dangerous.

You can get to the Building menu by pressing “Q,” choosing “Basic,” and then putting four Makeshift Foundations in a square. The next step is to open the Crafting section of your inventory and build three wooden crates on the ground. The next step is to build a workbench. You can always move these things later, so don’t worry too much about getting them in the right place right now.

You should check how your axe is doing and, if you need to, open the Workbench. Because it only costs one Branch, it is in your best interest to keep it in good shape while you move around and cut down trees. The next step is to put everything down except your Stone Axe. Then, you can keep looking for supplies. You might have to cross the river to find what you’re looking for, but that’s okay because that’s where you’ll find sugar boarberries.

Following Items you can keep in your house:-

  • 1 Workbench
  • 1 Bonfire
  • 1 Straw Bed
  • 3 Wooden Crate

When you are done building your house, it should have four walls, a roof, a door, and all of the furniture listed above inside it. During the early parts of the game, you won’t need much more than this tiny hut to stay alive. This will let you focus on leveling up and completing quests.

After everything is done, you should eat the Fruit Pie, put everything in your Wooden Crates except your weapons, and then head toward the goal.
