It's comparable to MTV's Unplugged or Radio 1's Live Lounge (if you're British or

old enough to remember the early '90s), but we get to experience it in Apple

Music's gorgeous, immersive, Dolby Atmos-enhanced Spatial Audio this time.

Apple Music Sessions was recently released. With the free rollout, Apple Music subscribers—which now

number 98 million or thereabouts (my subscription is somewhere proudly within that figure)—have unique access to

live releases by some of the most well-known and up-and-coming artists in the world, all in Spatial Audio.

According to Apple, the sessions are being recorded at Apple Music facilities across the globe, offering artists the

chance to recreate and rework favourites from their repertoire and to record fresh, original versions.
