How To Craft TMs in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Once you have the TM or the recipe for it, you can make it at any Pokémon Center’s TM Machine. Each TM has its own list of needed ingredients. If you have a TM recipe, you can see them right on the page. First, you’ll need League Points to buy any TM. You get League Points from Gym battles and Tera Raid battles.
TMs also need resources, which you can get by fighting wild Pokémon or by taking part in Tera Raids. When a Pokémon is defeated, it will drop items that are related to it. For example, Azurill Fur, Shroodle Ink, Torkoal Coal, and Maschiff Fang. Some of the resources will have question marks next to them, but you won’t know what they are until you’ve beaten the Pokémon they’re linked to.
