How to Fix Failed To Change Username in Tower Of Fantasy?

To change your username in Tower of Fantasy, always choose unique name which is not taken by anyone else, having enough crystal in your wallet and must meet Tower of Fantasy username requirements.

Steps to change username in Tower Of Fantasy:

Step 1: Open Tower of Fantasy

Step 2: For mobile users, Tap on Shop icon in top right corner.

For PC users, Hold down the ALT button and Tap on Shop icon using mouse.

Step 3: Now, Tap on “HOT” tab

Step 4: Go to Identity Update Card item and use 300 crystal to change username

Step 5: Enter new username

Step 6: Username will be updated immediately
