A peculiar stone that can make certain species of Pokemon evolve. It sparkles like a glittering eye.
Where to find Dawn Stones in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
You might find your first Dawn Stone early on in the game. After getting permission to start the Treasure Hunt, you must leave Mesagoza through the West Exit to get to South Province (Area Two). Even if there are a lot of Pokemon and Cortondo to find, you should keep going north until you get past the Asado Desert.
Keep climbing up the hills to the north and west of the Medali Gym until you reach West Province (Area Three). In that area, you’ll find a number of ruins. Something shiny and pink will be on the ground inside these ruins. You’ll find a Dawn Stone under it if you pick it up.
If you chose to go to the East instead of the West, there is also a Dawn Stone for you to use in the East Province (Area Three). To the north is where the river is, and to the east is where the ocean is. The Dawn Stone will be on the ground and look like a pink sparkle that glows. There will be other things around it.
If you can’t find it in either of these places, you can also buy Dawn Stones from the store chain Delibird Presents, which has locations in Mesagoza, Cascafarra, and Levincia! Even though the price of these Christmas birds goes up by a lot (I refuse to believe humans run these stores). Don’t worry that you can only use this Stone twice, because you might be able to find more in the Asado Desert.
Purchase Dawn Stone from Delibird Presents Store
After you have reached a certain point in the story, you can buy the Dawn Stone from the Delibird Gifts Shop for 3000 in-game currency. We haven’t seen the Dawn Stone in the Delibird Presents Store yet, but we expect to see it there as soon as other Evolution Stones become available to buy as the story goes on.
