How to find Ice Stones in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

If you want to catch all of the Eevee evolutions in your game of Pokémon Scarlet or Violet, or even if you just want to fill out your Pokedex completely, you will need to collect as many Evolution Stones as you can while you are running around Paldea. You can do either of these things by running around Paldea. However, this is not the case with all of them; in certain circumstances, you may acquire them quickly and simply from specific stores, but this is not the case with all of them. The following is a guide that will show you how to locate several Ice Stones in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

How to find Ice Stones in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Ice Stones are a kind of Evolutionary Stone that can be found in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. But you’ll need a little more luck to find these stones than to find the other kinds of Evolutionary Stones in the game. Unlike the other ones, it isn’t sold in any of the stores that are spread out across the large map, and it doesn’t have any reliable spawn points either.

Ice Stones are only found in Paldea’s cold Glaseado Mountain region in the northern part of the map, however unlike other items, they do not have certain spots where they are guaranteed to spawn. Instead, you will have to look into this area and do something at any spots where there is a shimmering glow on the ground.

The fact that Ice Stones don’t always appear in the same place is actually a good thing, because it means that the game will give you new ones to collect every so often. If you keep looking over this part of the map, you might find more Ice Stones that you can add to your collection.

Even though you can obtain a large number of Ice Stones, you will only need a few of them to finish filling out your Pokédex. Using an Ice Stone to evolve is only possible for Eevee, Cetoddle, and Crabrawler. This means that Scarlet and Violet are the only colors that have these Pokémon. Aside from them, you won’t really have to look for the Evolutionary Stones all the time. They’ll be relatively easy to find.

Purchase Ice Stone from Delibird Presents Store

After you have reached a certain point in the story, you can buy an Ice Stone from the Delibird presents Shop for 3000 in-game coins. We haven’t seen the Ice Stone in the Delibird Presents Store yet, but since we can buy other Evolution Stones as the story goes on, we expect to be able to buy Ice Stone as well.
